HyperIP R5 delivers performance up to 480 Mbps over any distance

HyperIP R5 eliminates distance and IP performance limitations for high-volume data on high-bandwidth IP networks.

IETF standards-based HyperIP is the fastest industry-hardened high-volume data transfer over IP-based WANs. HyperIP R5 expands the performance envelope up to 480 Mbps. This is more than a 200 percent speed improvement over the previous release of HyperIP and far outpaces any other technology in the market today. Turning on HyperIP compression increases that throughput an additional 2 to 15 times, depending on the data’s compressibility.

HyperIP R5 has added proxy server support and is now tested and NetEx qualified with EMC SRDF Adaptive Copy and SRDF/A on Gigabit Ethernet Directors, Network Appliance SnapMirror, Veritas Volume Replicator and NetBackup, IBM Tivoli Storage Manager, Microsoft Exchange NetBIOS, Oracle DB Rsync, NSI DoubleTake, McDATA iFCP, industry-standard iSCSI, and industry-standard FTP.
